Our terms for returns and refunds ensure that quality benchmarks for steel manufacturing in Kenya are always upheld while protecting our clients' investments.
Conditions for Returns
Standard stock roofing sheets and accessories must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in their original, unweathered condition, strictly uninstalled, and accompanied by a valid Mabati Rolling Mills invoice. Proof of delivery and industrial quality inspection is required for all processed returns.
Custom Order Exclusions
Please note that custom cut-to-length profile sheets, specialized color coatings, and bespoke steel building solutions are non-refundable. Due to the precise technical specifications required for modern roofing projects, once these materials are fabricated, they cannot be returned unless a structural manufacturing defect is present.
Refund Processing & Logistics
Once our technical team validates the returned items at an MRM service center, refunds are initiated within 15 business days. Customers are responsible for the safe transit and haulage costs of returning heavy steel materials to the factory. We recommend using reliable supply networks to ensure the product's integrity during return transit.
